I hired them for fan motor replacement. Nice people, great work. They are good at what they're doing. Fast response. Due to covid, I tried to limit ppl come to our house just for quotation. So I took pictures amd sent to three companies, Sam can quickly identity what model I used, other companies insisted I provide the model number or come to our house for free quote. To be fair, eventually another company also able to do the job, but I already agreed to Sam just 2 mins before he called me. And Sam sent his crew within 2 hours ! Amazing service! Highly recommend.

Both Sam and especially AJ were professional and extremely capable in what they did. Sam kept me updated as to when his serviceman was expected to arrive and AJ was quite thorough and showed me what he was doing and why, He explained the inner workings of one of the furnace's functions and explained why it was necessary. He likewise pointed out a deficiency that the previous service inspector neglected to point out. "OverAll" pricing was quite fair and I considered their overall experience to be quite reliable.

Sam and AJ were professional and prompt. They did an amazing job of providing and installing a central humidifier on our heating system. I will use them for any and all upcoming projects involving their skills.

I ended up needing to find another plumber because the guy I had just kept doing piecemeal work that never fully resolved any of my main concerns with my steam boiler system that was just not running as I know it should have. The guy would just brush off and dismiss constantly as normal until the next big problem occurred, then leave me hanging till the next time, and next big bill to fix the issue he brushed off at first as nothing, how nice for him since each visit cost me more money with only temporary resolve. All that till i found Overall who in one day resolved all my issues which the other guy either had no idea how to fix or just didn't want to in order to milk more money out of me till the next big negligent disaster occured like a blown black pipe from to much pressure and knocking in the system which he had dismissed. Well Sam from overall came in, heard all my issues and fixed them in one day! The man was professional and honest. Didn't try to upsell me. Just stick to the issues at hand and explained intelligently whats the cause and solution. Pereonally to be honest I thought he might have been a bit pricey but considering how much money and aggravation he helped me save on the long term, I'd say its well worth it because problems resolved! The other guy would've had me paying more for his incompetence. Something I no longer need to worry about anymore! Hallelujah! Save yourselves from time and more costly unresolved problems and hire this man. You will not regret it! Amen for Sam!
