I have a great service by Overall Heating and cooling service. They work very hard, proffessional and tried their best to do the job. They are careful when analysing the machines before replacing. After they did well with water heater replacement, I also want to use their services to replace heat pump and AC. They never let me feel regret to choose them. Everything was done properly. I appreciate them. It is hard to find a good team that can do all heating cooling and plumbing proffesionally. As an engineer, I also did a lot of research before moving forward with this team. Their technology knowledge and capacity is amazing! I will recommend to my network about this team.

Hired OverAll Heating and Cooling, LLC on 8 June 2022 to fix AC.  The technician diagnosed that it needed freon and that he would recommend adding a sealant to it.  We asked multiple times to make sure that was the correct diagnoses.  We specifically asked if anything was with the compressor, knowing that would be most costly repair.  The technician insisted there was nothing wrong with the compressor and that addition of freon with sealant would fix the problem.  So, we paid him $605 and he added freon with sealant.  He assured everything looked fine and left.  Within a few days, it was clear that the AC was not able to keep up.  We gave it a few more days at which point it stopped working.  We called them and the technician came up.  This is about 10-14 days after he added freon and sealant.  This time, he said it was the compressor that was broken and that it would now cost is $3,300 to fix it, including the discount he was giving us for the $605 he had charged just a fortnight ago to add freon and sealant, when he insisted there was nothing wrong with the compressor.  If this is not a rip-off in a daylight, then we do not know what else is.  We were overseas and returned recently.  We are writing this so people are aware of this and do not fall victim to such a scheme.  Not sure whether it is the company or this particular technician, but this is unacceptable.  When he told us $3,300 and we said we would think about it, there was no follow-up call or anything from either this company or the technician.
