Sam was great. Our central AC of many years broke during this recent heat wave. We called Sam on a Saturday, he came over that day . We were told by another company we needed an entire new system costing 9-11 K.!!! Wow we are retired and on fixed income ! Sam , diagnosed the problem , Came Monday , and installed a brand new unit at a fraction of the cost we were told by another company . He was professional, extremely competent and really showed an interest in us and took pride in his work. We now have a new central AC for years to come. This is the type of individual, and company you want to have do work for you. I highly recommend him/them to anyone ! Thank you again AC Ringwood ,NJ

The job was explained and the work done was different. Told me to uninstalled and reinstalled to fix the issue. But the job was done with workaround. And charged me for as explained. Not recommended.

AC went down on 90 degree day. They were the first to call and arrived within 2 hours. Professional and provided updates every step of the way. Had AC up and running again within a few hours. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend!
