Quick fix. Sam is good. My AC was not cooling after last winter. He diagnosed it should be a small leak. Now it s working. Hope the repair will last.
Technician arrived on schedule, resolved cooling issue, and made a recommendation for a fix that would improve efficiency, which I accepted on the spot.

The guys, Sam and Edward, came on time. The problem with water leakage was detected in 5 minutes. Then everything was fixed in less than an hour. What else do you need?

Excellent and honest service! I was impressed of their workmanship, they explained the issues and options for the repairs. Would highly recommend including referrals to friends and family!
Hired them to come for service call to inspect a central air that was not blowing cold air. They were quick to respond and schedule an appointment, but the positive experience stops there. The technician who came to the house was very rude and listed multiple things that was broken when they clearly were not. I was immediately charged a service fee. I went with another company, and they fixed one minor problem with the compressor in a few minutes and everything was up and running. However the other company stated that OverAll left all the wires hanging out and had live/hot wires loose which could have potentially caused more damage. That is very unprofessional and dangerous, on top of trying to up charge non-existent problems.

Our company is based on our customer reviews and referrals and therefore customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Unfortunately, we just recently hired this employee.
