Great experience with their team removing a large juniper bush (12+ feet tall) from our property. We found them on Angi, they called me within minutes and gave us a quick quote that same day. We dealt with Cisco and he was thorough, professional, and quick. He was very respectful of our property and was a good communicator, checking with us numerous times throughout the project to ensure we were happy. He left the property looking great afterwards. Highly recommended!

I felt the service was rushed. They almost left before trimming the roses which was the main reason for the service call. The shrubs needed major trimming but were left uneven with some of the larger limbs cut too high off the ground so they stand out. They also missed some obvious stragglers growing from the tree trunk, I asked if he could get those before he left, within not to long he was gone and didn?t do that bit. I am a perfectionist, so the work wasn?t up to my standards. I gave a three because Cisco was friendly and professional. They called quickly and gave a reasonably quote and had the work done within a few days.

I paid Francisco $300 for a smaller front yard job (more than the work was worth after seeing the results). He said he ?felt for me? as a single mom and promised to help with the backyard for free. I was grateful as he went on and on about how he wants to help someone struggling, until the red flags started. He sent me an unsolicited Snapchat request, which was extremely unprofessional. Then he canceled our scheduled date due to rain and completely ghosted me for weeks. When I reached out, he gave multiple excuses (broken truck, too busy, etc.) and promised a new date. That day came and he was a no-call, no-show. No message, no weather issues, nothing. My son and I ended up working by ourselves. When I asked later if he was on Angi, he didn?t even remember he still owed me the job he promised. While I appreciated the offer of help, the dishonesty, poor communication, and inappropriate behavior were unbelievable. He is unreliable and unprofessional. I do not recommend this business.

I would hire this pro again. Very respectful and listened to my requests without a problem. Nice group. Efficient, fast, ad courteous. Fair pricing.

We needed 2 shrub/bushes removed and after requesting a quote online, I got a call right away. Cisco came over to see the project and we were scheduled for the following week. This was quick enough, but he texted today and asked if id like it done sooner, which worked out better. His team was friendly and thorough. Good communication from the owner and fair, comparable pricing. He even trimmed a bush next to the area, which I really appreciated! Would hire again.
