David, Courtney and the rest of the Orlando Deck & Dock Crew were wonderful. They helped these New Jersey land lubbers become first time dock and boat owners. Their quote was reasonable and not based on â What development or town we lived it.â Many of the other quotes we received were anything but that. Our property is located on a canal that leads into a lake, which poses different and special design elements. Our dock is beautiful and features two jet ski berths and a cradle that holds our 22â new boat. The Trex decking and barrel roof tiles match our home perfectly. They even addressed and handled my HOAâ s crazy requests. Hailing from New Jersey we have seen it all with contractors that never show up, disappear for weeks and canâ t return a simple phone call. Orlando Deck & Dock was professional, responsive and timely. I highly recommend them.

Orlando Deck & Dock did a wonderful job at building our dock in the Orlando area! Why not hire the best, FIRST? We contacted about 5 companies at the same time, but David of Orlando Deck & Dock was the only one who came out in person, the very next day, to discuss the project. I still believe that the â early bird gets the wormâ . All in all, it was about a 2.5 month time investment, as you are dealing with county permitting, survey and HOA approval, which is the only thing slowing down a dock project. As soon as we got beyond the paper work, the materials were ordered, delivered, and the dock was built over the weekend, by a team of hardworking, talented men, who donâ t mind getting into the lake, no matter what may be swimming around. This is Florida, so gators are very common. I can highly recommend Orlando Deck & Dock, as they guided me through the permitting process. Everything went very smooth from the first meeting to discuss the project, to the final, amazing result !!! Now we get to enjoy our dock, all the incredible wildlife, and go fishing !!! So if you live & work at home, and are looking to expand your familyâ s experience on your lake, look no further.
