He was very messy, despite my giving him tarps. He did not spread them over work areas. Plaster debris, old paint and dirt and rock from the wall were all over the carpet, base boards where he put plaster on, and I had to tell him to remove it. He put door knobs on antique icebox, left black filings on the icebox that I cleaned up. He would put the paint tray and roller on the rock fireplace and carpet without drop clothes. I put tray inside of box to keep additional paint and plaster off the rocks. Outside where he stirred paint & poured it into trays, he got paint on the brick pavers as well as lots of plaster dirt and debris. He was to install 1/4 round that we purchased and stained, up against 6 beams that had shrunk over 36 yrs. He was told not to remove 2" rough sawn cedar trim that was located in bedroom W wall. He was to only install the 1/4 round against the 2 beams. He tore the 2" cedar trim off the wall, breaking it in 3 places. -I have a lot more to complain about, no room.

    HomeAdvisor uses 3rd party data sources to conduct a criminal search for any relevant criminal activity associated with the owner/principal of the business.
  5. Sex Offender Search
    We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located.
  6. Bankruptcy Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them.
  7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
