Raincoat roofing are professional, efficient, and incredibly skilled. They kept me informed about the schedule, explained the process, and were available for questions. From the time I contacted them to completion of the job took only 1 week. Both James (the owner) and Lisa (his assistant) were very quick to respond to any inquiries and came out to my house within 24 hours of contacting them. The final product was impressive. I was impressed with the high quality of materials and meticulous attention to detail. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family for their roofing needs.

Very disappointed in the quality of the job on my roof. Owner said he could fix it but he has been back several times to fix additional leaks and it is still leaking. $1700 and even he admitted to my husband he shouldn't have attempted this job. Caulking looks awful and even with all this Caulking it still leaks. I going to have another roofer look at my roof to see if they can fix it.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to come back out and make things right. We always want our customers to be happy and they are, hence our 5 star reviews. Unfortunately, with older metal roofs and repairs, it can sometimes take a few visits to get it right. Also, for clarification, it was never said that we ?shouldn?t have attempted this roof?. We do repairs like this all of the time. It is not uncommon for adjustments to be made on repairs and this is why our work is warrantied.

Because Raincoat Roofing did such a professional job on our home there was no doubt that we would only trust them for this 2nd. Roofing project. The roofing team was very skilled and efficient. Raincoat Roofing was great to work with , Lisa was always available to answer questions I had and Maurice did a great job repairing my carport and porch roof damage from previous Hurricanes and James the owner was great to work with and he gave us a fair price for the repairs.
