I spoke with James and told him what was going on with my roof. He came over literally within twenty minutes. Super nice , very knowledgeable and the price was great. He is our guy now! This company worked late to temporarily fix my roof from the elements until the replacement material arrives. They were incredible workmen, extremely knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed.

Hurricane damaged my roof I called James he came right out and assessed the damage, quoted me a very low price for repair, and came out the very next day. He saved us the chance for rain to come in the house due to his quick work. Amazing. While he was here I had him replace all the plumbing boots on my roof as well. I paid him with a check and he left a clean work area. I will have him on speed dial from now on. Thanks James you guys are great.

I hired Raincoat Roofing after seeing the work they did on another home on our street. James the owner/operator is very friendly and came to our home with a book of samples and went through the process with us. He provided us with a very fair and competitive quote and we liked what he had to offer. They provide you with a 5 year warranty on workmanship other companies we looked at only provided 2 years. James is a very hands on customer service friendly guy who contacts you regularly to see if you have questions or problems, he updates you on where they are in the project and handles any issues you may have. We knew our roof was in bad shape and had to have extensive repairs done to it. He was very fair on the repair and did not rake us over the coals like I feel we could have been. We picked a 30 year manufacture warrantied architectural shingle and black drip edge which makes the roof look modern. The roofing crew was very pleasant,respectful, worked hard and fast to get the job done right. They worked long hours to get the roof done and made sure the mess was all cleaned up before they left. It rained each day in the evening and not one drop of water got into our home because they made sure that the roof was covered and water proofed before they left each evening. I highly recommend this company the next time you have to have your roof done.

From the very beginning James was amazing! From coming and checking out our 5 year old roof that was not installed correctly to the final inspection of the beautiful roof he and his crew installed Communication was outstanding and the crew was fast and diligent! He even went above and beyond and upgraded some boots. Answered all my 1 million questions and made me aware of every step from dumpster arrival to emailing me all my paper work.
