My roof repair was done perfectly. We had rain the night of the repair. When the repair man came back the next day to finish he made a point to check and see if I got water in the garage. My only complaint would be that after two request I never got a receipt of payment and materials used.

Raincoat Roofing is a very professional managed company, who provides excellent quality work for a reasonable cost compared to other contractors in the area. James (owner) is very customer friendly and is highly knowledgeable in roof construction due to all his years of experience. James keeps you informed on the process so you are never in the dark. James and Maurice were great to work with. I had experience dealing with James in past and he is honest, easy to get a hold of, transparent, and reliable. Maurice did my roof repairs today and did a great job. Work was done extremely quickly as James looked at the roof on Sunday and the work got done on Tuesday! These were repairs following a hurricane. Maurice took before and after pictures as well so I could see what he had done. No need for the infamous blue tarp that sits on the roof for months at a time. I would recommend these guys 100%.

Raincoat Roofing is where you get exactly what you asked for and more. James went above and beyond and walked me through the entire process of putting a new roof on my home. It was over 15 years old and needed more work once the shingles were removed. James was up front and honest about the additional cost for materials and labor. They did my whole roof in just one day! Demo, deck repair, reframed the back of the house and put everything back together beautifully. I couldn't be any happier! As a hard working single mom I Thank you so very much for helping me make it happen!

James installed chimney flashing that had been omitted by previous owners. Also removed and resealed skylight attachment to roof, as water spot is visible on ceiling. James is an honest, professional who explains everything in detail and goes the extra mile to make sure all loose end are completed correctly. Highly recommended for any roofing needs you might have.
