James is both courteous and professional. We have a couple of leaks in our roof and there was mold on our garage ceiling. He actually climbed into our attic to help locate one of the leaks. He is very knowledgeable and does not cut corners in his work. He is willing to come out early in the morning or late in the afternoon. When we found a nest of ant in the roof, cleaned them out and gave us a very reasonable revised estimate since the damage was more extensive than could be seen from the beginning. I would definitely hire him again. He does quality work at a reasonable price, The project turned out great and he has added years to the life of our roof.
