In addition to thoroughly checking our system he took the time to ask about our smoke and Co2 detectors to make sure they were working. He also explained how the installation of our basement duct work in our recently built M.I. home is causing less efficient air flow. I am filing a claim from'repair' through my homeowner's warranty.
