Drew M. from One Hour Air Conditioning came out to do our twice a year maintenance on our new A/C unit. He was very professional and did the service with utmost care and professionalism. When Drew finished inspecting the unit, he recommended to have a surge protector put onto the unit....which when using electronics, you always want to have good surge protection. Especially when the unit it as important as an A/C unit!! He did not pressure us into the purchase, but we went with it because it was that important. The entire time, we did not feel like we were being forced to buy anything...and he was very professional through the entire process. I highly recommend Drew M. to service your A/C unit needs!

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning came out and gave me the absolute best inspection and quote of the 4 companies we looked at. Because this is an older home, the electrical panel needed to have a new breaker and brought up to code, we had a totally new system installed. The crew was amazing and on time. Great job, great service really great price!!!

Steve was the tech that came out to speak to us on the unit and the needs we were looking for. he took his time and explained and drew the system for us to clearly understand EVERTHING! He answered our questions and concerns. Very professional and knowledgeable. The discounts and price were amazing. I highly recommend One Hour as the staff was very knowledgeable and very respectful. Alex, Roberto and an other guys were fast, very nice and respectful! I would definitely recommend this company!

Two service technicians arrived within one hour of my call and they were very helpful and professional with meeting the needs of my situation. They took the time to work out a plan of action to resolve my concerns and treated me like a family member would be treated. Excellent service!!!!

Their price for a new unit were extremely high but when you are in need you have to do what is necessary for your family. So they kind of have you in a though situation. But the work was done good and on time.

My A/C wasn't cool. So they came & diagnosed the unit and said nothing was wrong for now. I even got convince to purchase their maintenance plan but ended up I cancelled it after because they said they will charge me if they come back out to check the unit again in the same month! But the A/C wasn't cool enough and failed after they came the 1st time! Their office people kept on calling me once in awhile and asked how was their service haha but I told them I already cancelled my monthly maintenance plan with them every time they called (10x). They didn't seem to know! Really bad internal communication.
