Repairman said he could not repair it, he could only replace the unit. Not sure why you would call yourself a repairman instead of a salesman

On 7-10-17 within 30 seconds of submitting my AC provider request, Nathaniel from One Hour Air Conditioning called me and scheduled a service call for 12-2 pm same day. I have been a customer of YES since they took over Greenstar customers Sept 2016 and have spent thousands of dollars with them on various projects, including yearly AC Heating inspections. They couldn't get anyone to look at the unit until 7-11-17 between 2-4 pm. One Hour Air discovered a severe installation problem which caused the AC to stop running. This new, 1 year old AC System had been inspected by YES in Nov 2016 and if they had really inspected the unit, would have been found the hole and crack in Primary Coil. Water pan filled with water, safety shut down system to prevent flood. Originally installed by Greenstar Home Services 9-29-2015 who is now out of business. YES bought their customer list only and take no responsibility for installation. I am very satisfied with the Home Advisor process and will use again. I have a new relationship now with One Hour Air that I believe will be successful. Zachary Miller, One Hour Air Tech, was fantastic, professional and knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me on phone with YES and Greenstar in California to try to honor a warranty, that ultimately is non existent.
