You have to talk through a middle man every time you call, and they don't reply messages accurately. They won't help you get reimbursement through your warranty company even though you pay them directly, in fact won't even fax a copy to a number you provide. The local office was rude. I eventually fired them and hired another company.

They were completely upfront with what they would do and did exactly as promised. I intend using them for my 2 rentals also. They don't try to sell you something you don't need which is rare.

The team that helped me with my A/C problems was very knowledgeable and provided me with all the options for my repairs. They also assisted me with finding a solution to a distribution of my air conditioning throughout the house. Would recommend this company to anyone who needs assistance.

I was told on the phone that if repairs to the a/c were needed the $89 service charge would be waived. After the repair person fixed my a/c (which was done fine), he told me he knew nothing about waiving fees so I was charged the repair and the service charge. I feel this is deceptive practices.

After initial contact on Sunday via home advisor i received a call within a half hour. We were told a technician would be coming but they could not give a time. Within 3 hours Tony came and assessed the ac problems. He explained the cost to repair and what he found on the inspection. Our ac was builder stock and over 18 years old so we knew it was due to be replaced so no surprises when he recommended replacement. He showed us the options for replacement of ac and furnace. He was informed and not pushy. We made our choice and Tony arranged a loaner room ac to be delivered for us to use until installation on Wednesday.

They want $90 to do a second opinion without an invoive They can't give a quote when I already know whats wrong And you have to have a physical invoice which is real problem if I don't live where the house is. Poor customer servicee high prices
