He replaced my two sliders with heavy duty screening. He went and picked it up and Home Depot and saved me the time and money of replacing them and regular new ones would have been regular light weight screening. It also took him some time to do since the heavy duty screening was harder to install and took other tools. They look and work great . Very nice guy to work with as well. I recommend them and would use their technicians again for other jobs. There is a minimum but that was all it really cost me.

I had - what turned out to be - a simple repair. It took 10 minutes. I liked the guy who did the work and he did the simple job well. But he said their minimum cost was $189 plus tax. It cost me $210. They should give their repair people the flexibility to charge appropriately for such a small job. They got my $210 but I will never hire this company again even if they can do competent work - because of their pricing structure.
