Josh (and Les!) are the real deal. Despite submitting several requests to other handymen on Angi, Josh was the only businessman to call me personally (and he called within an hour of my submission), to talk to me about what I needed and to set up a time to come out to our home and give us an accurate bid. There was a snow-storm the week that he was set to visit us, and Josh planned ahead of time, working with me to reschedule his visit and communicating throughout the week. In fact, he actually ended up coming to us in his personal vehicle to take a look at my mini projects-- all because he knew that we were in a time crunch to get these things done before our house was sold! He offered both a more affordable/easier solution AND a more expensive-- but more thorough option for each of the items that I had on my list, and I really appreciated that transparency and that forthrightness with us. His suggestions actually helped REDUCE our bid price, below what I was expecting! Les came out and did each job flawlessly. (We had a shower door that was leaking and two interior doors that were not closing, one due to our house settling.) These items were simple enough to do I'm sure-- but I never felt like any corners were cut by any means. These guys handled each task like pros. There's integrity and honesty in what they do and how they operate. I've already referred One Call Home Repair to a few other friends of mine that have had sub-par experiences finding the right handyman and I will absolutely call Josh and team again for our next home!

The experience with Josh and Bill, from initial estimate to installation, was excellent. There were no surprises regarding the cost and timeline. Josh was available to answer all my questions. Plus he sent me my invoices and receipts in a timely manner. The installation was flawless and my family is very satisfied with the results. I would use One Call again and highly recommend them.
