Superb job, nice attention to detail!

Love love love my new deck. The father and son did a fabulous job and I cannot praise them enough. They accomplish the deck in the time frame they stated. Quality of work was not blemished at all. Great cleanup afterwards with no trash or wood scraps left. Highly recommend these two over and over again.

I recently had the entire left side of my backyard fence replaced by the father-and-son Olvmar Construction team, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and easy to work with. They communicated clearly throughout the project and took great pride in the quality of their work. The craftsmanship is excellent — sturdy, clean, and exactly what I was hoping for. They worked efficiently but never cut corners, and they made sure everything was done right before wrapping up. It’s refreshing to work with contractors who are both skilled and genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend this team to anyone needing fence work or other home projects. Great people, great work, and a great experience overall.

We were quoted a great price and the final product met the expectations we wanted to achieve. They did an excellent job transforming our two level deck into a one level deck to make it seem bigger and eliminate that extra step down, rebuilt the entire deck and stairs, demoed old built-in benches (and the rest of the old deck), and added a new bar as well as railings. All of this was done in about a week and a half or so. They were very professional and we have already recommended them to a few people & will be doing business again with them soon for future work. Highly recommend!

Beautiful work and great service! Three sections of our fence blew down in high winds, posts snapped at the ground, it was a mess! One phone call to Enrique the owner of Olvmar and he was out estimating the amount of material and the time to replace. This team outlined the work needed to be done, suggested ways to improve the design against the strong winds, and provided a time frame of when they would start and when they would finish. The work was as promised, the fence looks great! And they hauled off the old fence and cleaned up the yard, great service! I?m looking for other projects I can have them do for us. Quality work, great price, quick turnaround. Olvmar construction is great!

They are very professional using high grade material. The fence was superior to any other wooden fence that I have ever seen. They take pride in their work. I highly recommend them! They are the best!

Don't sleep on this Father/Son Team. I had a 2 level deck; needed a large second level portion of my deck torn down and just make an extension of the 1st level. They came and provided a very fair quote. Once they started the project, you are their only project, so they are not moving between projects. They noticed that my existing deck area was slouching a little and adjusted it and provided extra support before adding the addition. Very meticulous in their work (materials, cuts, etc..) Couple of sprinkler pipes got damaged as a result of the build and they repaired (no extra charge). They do not take money up front, but do ask for 1/2 after the second full day of work, which for the amount of work they completed, was fair (complete tear down of a very large second level deck and setting of new post). Payment of the remainder is at the completion of the project. I highly recommend them.
