As soon as I submitted an inquiry regarding their service, I received a call requesting if they could stop by for a look at the work we needed. We received a fair estimate, and after reviewing the remarks about their work, and making certain their insurance coverage was current, we hired them. It was interesting how the two men worked together for safety and for a job well done!

Very quick to respond to my request and professional. They showed up on time and cleaned up everything. Their rates were very competitive as well. I would definitely recommend them.

A community came together this morning and I just have to share this story! My neighbor texted me at 7am this morning that he noticed our other neighbor's cat has been stuck up in a tree since last night. He had to run to work so I went over there to check it out. We were stumped on what to do, called the non emergency number for police/fire department and they said they couldn't help and that animal control or ASPCA wouldn't help either. My boyfriend suggested we call local tree services (brilliant, thanks babe!)... I remembered I got a magnet from a tree service about a year ago. They took down an ENORMOUS tree in my neighborhood and the whole operation was really impressive so I took their info just in case I needed something like this in the future. That magnet has been on my fridge for about a year. So I call up Gerardo and explained the situation. An hour later, the cat is on the ground enjoying a can of tuna and he didn't charge us a dime. SUPPORT THIS LOCAL BUSINESS FRIENDS! I thought I got a video of him actually getting the cat down, but I was so overexcited, I hit the button again accidentally and didn't get it. GAH! We had a lot of branches down due to the ice storm the other week, with a few branches were greater than six inches in diameter. They were very quick to respond with providing us a quote for the removal and cleanup of all the branches. The price that was quoted was much lower than expected, so we had them remove a few small trees, an old fruit tree, and a couple of overgrown shrubs too. The owner, and all of the employees, were very professional, trustworthy, and more than kind too. They worked quickly, efficiently, and cleaned up all of the debris from the storm. They even went the extra mile and addressed a few items that I've been planning on working on next season, of which I greatly appreciate removing those tasks from my to-do list. I would not hesitate to contact them first for all of my future tree care needs since they exceeded my expectations. I'd happily refer them to friends and family too. As reasonably priced as their services are, and in conjunction with their professionalism, I highly suggest anyone who has a need for tree work, should at least reach out to them and request a quote.
