I contracted them a few years ago for a diagnosis and since then I have been a fixed customer of this company. They are very friendly, efficient, they have a quick response to all kinds of problems. Hello, I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Obala Air at my residence. I reached out on Friday evening around 11pm on home advisor website and to my amazement I was immediately contacted through text message by Obala Air. During the communication I explained the issue and immediately was set up the next morning for a 9am appointment to diagnose the air conditioning unit issue. Gilbert the technician that arrived was very professional, personable and knowledgable. I will definitely be calling Obala Air in the future for all my ac and heating issues. I will be referring this company and especially this particular technician to friends and family as well. Thank you again Obala Air
