Prompt. I connected via HomeAdvisor website, and the next day they were at my home for a written estimate. We agreed on their bid price, and the job was done within two days. The green mold is gone from the vinyl siding,and it looks clean again ... yeh!

Arthur did a nice job removing algae from painted aluminum siding. I was impressed enough with results of cleaning just one side that I had him wash the remaining 2 sides of the townhome during the same visit. Amber helped me to schedule the work very quickly. Their price was reasonable.

I was told the worker would arrive after 1:00, so I left work at 12:00 to be sure I was home in time. That meant burning 3 hours of vacation leave. The worker didn't arrive until after 3:30 and by the time he finished the job it was really too dark to tell whether or not the work was satisfactory. I had expressed concern about this before he started but he assured me it would be fine. I was uncomfortable signing off on the job when I really couldn't inspect it properly since it was too dark to really see well. As it turned out, it was OK, but thanks for messing with my high blood pressure, Oasis! And while technically you were correct--he showed up after 1:00--you clearly implied that it would be close to 1:00. Future customers, if you use Oasis, be sure they give you a clear understanding of when you can expect the worker to REALLY arrive!
