Can't speak highly enough of Paul and Jay and the job they did for us. It started out as just adding windows to the screened in porch and some insulation and walls in the space underneath to adding a roof over the small sun room on the side of the house to stop the waterfall coming through! Paul was very quick to respond to messages and no changes ever phased him. A complete pro from start to finish. The people he recommended for the electrical were top-notch as well. We have just moved back to the States from overseas and have never lived in this area so he became our go to guy with questions on services in the area and he never led us astray! We have more projects that we will be doing in the future and he will be the one to do them.

Paul and team did an amazing job. They assisted with the full project from design, to permitting, to building and inspection. They were responsive to any adjustments we wanted to make along the way all while providing reliable, high quality construction on the established project budget.

It was a pleasure to work with Paul. This was the first project I have done that came in on time and on budget. Excellent work and no complaints worthy of mentioning. He is honest, straightforward and has a sense of humor. I highly recommend him for projects up to an addition.

I had just moved into my current home and didn’t really know anyone just went on Angi and read the reviews for O’Regan construction and I am so glad I did super friendly and knowledgeable , answered all my Questions no matter how big or small I had an existing screened in porch that wanted as a four season room it came out amazing absolutely would recommend them to anyone

Friendly and professional

Paul and Jay were a pleasure to work with. We added on a 10x14 addition (dining room) to the house. They were extremely flexible as the design location and final specifications changed several times. The price was very fair and allowed for 2-3 progress payments along the way. Jay's attention to detail in putting the hard wood floor down was amazing as he matched panel to panel from the connecting room. They brought in their contractors for HVAC and electrical ( pricey there ) but that helped us a lot! Highly recommended.. Thanks again Paul

The carport project was completed on time, was more extensive than the original quote, but came in at the quoted price.

Paul Exceeded my Expectation in all areas. Very personable and a pleasure to work with and has a great sense of humor. Very good natured and very patient when I make changes. This is the same of his crew. Paul caught wind that I had some wind damage to my deck and reached out to me before I could call him - he genuinely cares. Also, the quality of his workmanship is above and beyond. Extremely good value for the money and you get a lot more than expected. I strongly recommend as Paul is an extraordinary professional.

Paul O'Regan was a personable and professional pro. I hired him to build an in-law addition onto my son's house. I would not hesitate to hire him again. He was always available to answer any and all concerns I had during the build.
