Very professional and excellent customer service. Friendly and a pleasure to do business with. They finished the trim very quickly and it looks great. I would not hesitate to call them again for any future work we may need done.

The finished garage and mudroom addition was first-class, and has garnered a lot of praise by friends and neighbors. The work was diligent, and I was informed of all the work to be done by the contractor and his subcontractors. He was right on with the estimate and informed me if there were any changes and discussed them beforehand. I am very pleased with the job, and would recommend him to anyone looking for work on their homes, big or small.

O'Regan Construction built addition on my house. Paul (owner) and his crew do quality job for reasonable price. I would highly recommend O'Regan to anyone looking for good and experienced contractor.

Mr. ORegan did a good job of taking an example picture and a few sketches and coming up with a plan and an estimate for the job. After a few adjustments we agreed on the net price and started construction. The project proceeded well until the final payment was due close to the end of the job at which point Mr. ORegan added a number of additional charges above the expected amount for items which were not agreed upon beforehand. After much discussion he has now reimbursed us for most of those additional charges. This was a 'fixed price' contract with any changes that would require additional charges to be in writing before being done!

They are excellent. I can not say enough about their work. They are excellent at follow up, any questions, they answer and take care of you.
