Throughout the project, he took on smaller fixes including replacing my bathroom faucet, fixing the drafty front door & hiding the TV cable wires behind the wall. "Not only was Silas a pleasure to deal with, but his attention to detail was truly extraordinary. He restored my aging deck beyond what I thought was possible. I hired him to stain my deck, but what I got was really restoration. He trimed the shrubs encroaching on the deck, thoroughly pressure, washed it, spent over a day on his knees sanding the deck, replaced rotten boards and then gave it two sprayed on coats of stain. I will be hiring Silas again to do some interior painting for me as well. I canâ  t praise the quality of his work more."

"Oscar Vico Painting proved to be as outstanding, in every way, as his reviews and reputation posted on line would indicate. His job for me included walls (some with wallpaper stripping and skim coating required) originally stained doors, both paneled and louvered (with frames, molding and baseboards), and a papered stairwell with a high half-wall, the final motivation that led me to a Pro. I will be forever grateful that Pro was Oscar Vico. Skilled and adept with the actual prep and painting, his efficient organizing and planning for every step was equally impressive. He always knew how to end the day at a logical break point, as he cruised to the finish line. His array of tools (including a kind of telescoping ladder that made short work of my stairway ceiling) was dazzling. Ive done plenty of indoor and outdoor painting in my life, proud of my own skills and knowledge, but not close to Oscars level. His choice for paint and stain aligns perfectly with what I know to be the best in those categories; just one of the many reasons I will be using Oscar to repaint and stain my homes exterior, just as soon as his busy schedule allows. "Fernando and the crew were AMAZING! They really came through when the first pro I hired flaked without warning. The distance was the only reason I did not include them in the first round of estimates. They were meticulous and seemed tireless with the sanding. They did not rush, taking it apart to make sure it was done properly. I had already purchased the stain based on the previous contractor and recommendation, but they still gave me the 3- year guarantee on their work. The cold nights/morning dew resulted in an extra day, but they showed up on Saturday to not only finish but include me in the and walk through and to make sure no spots were missed during the second coat, no drip spots, etc. A couple of issues once the deck was dry were brought to Fernando attention and was fixed within two business days. Without issue and I got my front door painted at the same time. Renan and Fernando went above and beyond. I definitely hire Missi Painting again and I am looking forward to recommending them to everybody I know."
