O Flynn Painting

Rory's workers painted a number of ceilings and the walls in the kitchen.They were very professional, clean and friendly .Their paint work was excellent.I will be using them again for future painting work.Highly recommended.

Rory and his help David were great. I just purchased a new house which was in need of a new paint job. Even though I was under an extremely tight schedule to get my four bedrooms painted before the new furniture arrived Rory and David got the job done right under the wire. The job was completed in three days which would have taken me three weeks to complete. Rory and David paid very close attention to detail and provided me with excellent customer service. Thankfully Rory was willing to squeeze me into his already busy schedule. I will certainly be calling him again soon to paint several other rooms. Thanks again Rory and David for all your hard work and efforts.

I can't say enough about the professionalism and results that Rory O'Flynn and his guys delivered on my painting and flooring job. If you want it done right, use them! I'll be recommending them highly and often...

Great experience

Rory was an excellent person to work with. He worked hard to gain my trust and provide excellent service. He finished the project 5 days early and required no money up front. He painted 10 rooms, installed wall paper in 4 rooms and even instAlled millwork chair rails in dining and hallways If I were to find one area of improvement it would be in precisely matching geometric lineup on wallpaper. But I think I am the only one who would ever notice. I definitely plan to hire Rory again on future projects.

I can't speak highly enough of Rory and my experience/result. After a shocking bait-and-switch experience with a dodgy contractor left me and my pregnant wife (due in a week) paying triple an already expensive estimate I looked everywhere for an alternative. I ended up choosing Rory (based on reviews and phone interview) for painting and then asked him to do floorboards too, plus removing cupboards (demolishing and repair)... since he had that experience. To be brief: Rory's work was perfect. He hustled to meet the deadline after I gave him my own delays and more work. He had EVERY RIGHT to charge (ask for) more than his original estimate, but he didn't. He had good reason to miss the deadline but instead he employed extra help to meet our needs. Regarding the only two negative reviews on this site: I just don't believe they come from reason. Rory was extremely honest, inexpensive and competent/talented. Nice guy too.

Rory took on a very complicated job renovating our master bedroom, making order out of chaos. He removed old deteriorating wallpaper, prepped and painted the walls, then removed old carpeting and sanded, stained and varnished the wood floor. He (and sometimes another worker) showed up when promised, did the work he said he would do each day, and was reassuring about finishing the project on time. He did everything for a fair price, was very professional, and he's a great guy to have around too!
