"Working with Rayo Repairs was an excellent experience. Roberto evaluated the job and gave a very reasonable price. Lupe, the job manager worked out the agreement clearly and quickly. She was so cordial on the phone and did her best to accommodate you. The job was completed faster than expected (with two coats!) and no paint on the crown molding, on any door or the floor. Very neat and clean. Note: after the first coat was applied to one wall my wife wasn’t sure she liked the color. She started to panic. But Roberto was calm and suggested she wait until the second coat dried (flat paint is shiny until it dries). And if she STILL wasn’t happy he was willing to stop everything and get new paint. Turns out that after the paint dried my wife loved it. Shows the extent he was willing to go to ensure his customers were totally satisfied. One of the best experiences we’ve had with a contractor. Definitely recommend!"

"Octavio always responded promptly during the estimate process. He provided a reasonable price for the work I requested and was very flexible when I asked him about adding on additional work. Once I hired Octavio, he arrived on time. He replaced two window sills and caulked around the windows. He also installed a pantry cabinet in my kitchen. When the crown molding didn't match, he used his craftsmanship to do the best job possible so you wouldn't notice any difference. He completed the job in the most economical way possible and saved me money on various supplies throughout the process. I am delighted with his work. He cleaned up as he did the job, so I have no complaints about hiring him, and I will certainly hire him in the future. I included a before and after picture of one of the window sills that was replaced."

"Its so hard to find someone for small projects--everyone wants to focus on the big jobs. So its wonderful to find someone like Santos who is incredibly responsive and dedicated even on small jobs. He did a great job where others had failed in repairing our cabinets, which were designed by the prior homeowner with special hinges that can't be replaced. His carpentry skills are top notch. He is very personable and he stayed within the price range quoted. I would use him again in a heartbeat."
