Rory and his crew is no nonsense and gets the job done on time and within the budget. Rory did our floors -sanded, stained and finished. He also did an outstanding job on the multiple rooms and paint scheme that we selected. I will use I Him again if I need any work done..

Rory was extremely professional and got the job done faster than originally predicted by working later and arriving earlier. He's a great painter and a great guy.

Messy finish

Rory was fantastic. Everything was first rate from communication to service to workmanship. Rory's price was more than competitive and I can't imagine anyone doing a better job. They were also very thorough and kept everything very neat and clean. I can't recommend O'Flynn painting any mor highly.

My partner and I are so pleased with the painting of our new Co-op unit. We contacted Rory to paint the entire unit and remove a few built-in window framings. After our initial meeting, it was obvious that he knows what he is doing and his work meets the highest standard. His prep work (plastering and smoothing cracks) and wall finish was excellent. In these times, it is refreshing to meet someone like Rory. His professionalism and delightful manner shines bright. Rory O'Flynn is a professional at all levels. He's very clear and accurate in his details of the scope of his work. He is always punctual, and works steadily throughout the entirety of the project. He is amenable to assisting with by-owner additions and provides estimated completion dates on a regular basis. If the scope of the project requires specialization, he is always able to obtain a top-notch sub-contractor for that specific task (e.g., tiling, drywall, crown molding). His skim-coating and painting expertise is second to none. The kind treatment of his laborers is truly admirable.

Totally unreliable, did not keep to the original contract, wanted twice as much money as originally agreed upon. Did not finish the job, was very messy, left stains on floors, furniture and curtains. Would never recommend this person.

Rory did a beautiful job painting our entire apartment. He sealed all cracks and made the staircase look beautiful again. He was reliable, pleasant and easily accessible. He was able to give us advice as to how to best address various problems with the apartment's appearance as well as silutions. I highly recommend him for any painting job you may have.

quick and fast and nice guy to work with.

Rory worked through hurricane Sandy and completed the job beautifully. I now have a 60 year old house that looks like new. We changed the color and were grateful for all of Rory's advice. He is a true pro and we love the finished product. His work was quick, neat and exceptional. I'm happy to recomend him highly.
