They showed up a little late stating they had 2 address for my appointment. They also took longer than previous maid services to clean my house but I was impressed with how clean they got everything and detailed they were.

the work was fair however not completed as requested when requested additional monies were charged and professional attitude was very poor and agreessive/assertive. threating phone messages and extortion of additional monies from other parties involved. I would not reconmend using these services unless you would like to be ripped off and treated unprofessinonally.

On this lead the lady left without paying us I had to hunt her down it took me four weeks before I got paid what kind of a client is that and she got 50.00 off this client is a fraud.

Cindy responsed very quickly to my request to clean my house prior to a tenant moving in and her team did a great job. My tenant was very happy. Cindy was very communicative and professional in her dealings with me.

The vendor didn't call to confirm the job; I had to chase her down (after telling her I was relying on her over others) to make sure they wanted the business. Then they showed up VERY late (2 hours more than originally agreed), stayed MUCH longer than anticipated (knowing my husband works from home and had arranged his schedule according), and charged MUCH more than discussed ($350 versus around $225). When I attempted to contact the vendor to discuss this, she didn't call me back and threatened to sue me. While the actual cleaning was fine (though much less $$ and time-efficient than represented), I will NEVER do business with them again.

I was not aware that so many people would be working at the $25 per hour rate at the same time, so I did not imagine that it would be as expensive and I was tentatively quoted a much lower number. So in the future I will get an exact quote rather than an estimate. Also the entire house was very clean, but I was surprised that the kitchen counter (which is dark granite) had food stuck to it.
