Cindy was awesome , she got me scheduled very quickly. Pam showed up on time and after she introduced herself she got right to work.she did a fantastic job, my kitchen looked brand new. It was as clean as the day we moved in 20 years ago. I cook a lot and my oven was not keeping the correct heat, my fire alarm went off many times and the entire room was full of grease. I ask to have all walls and ceilings washed and she got the job done in a little less than 4 hours. She was very detailed and did a fantastic job. I would definitely call number one cleaning and ask for Pam.

Cindy really cares about what she is doing and is willing to do above and beyond what other carpet cleaners have done. She talked to me explained what she was going to do and didn't promise me the world. The only drawback I found is that the cleaning solution and device used didn't remove as many spots as I had anticipated, but my carpet is light and we have pets, so it could be because of my particular situation.

alot of these spots in this ladies carpet were old paint that had dried on the carpet no one can remove these spots also she failed to mention that i cleaned her couch for free, she got a 75.00 dollar couch cleaning for free, she should of gave me at least a four star rating

Extremely COURTEOUS and PROFICIENT, availability on short notice was a huge plus. The price was VERY FAIR, and the personnel were both efficient and TRUSTWORTHY. The carpets were Berber; #1 used the dry method. Which left very little dampness. By the time everything dried (on the same day), the IMPROVEMENT in appearance was not only significant, but MAGNIFICENT. We will use this service again!

They were thorough, except they missed cleaning the lower drawer in the stove and the sides of the stove that sticks up in the back. The ladies were very nice and got right to work without dallying around.
