Nolan repaired some drywall and baseboard in my basement rec room and bathroom that was damaged by water. He also painted the walls. He did some light plumbing too since the toilet needed removed to get to the drywall behind.

Nolan works to a very high standard of quality, yet he is efficient and finishes quickly. You won't have to worry about re-work or corrections. That is important everywhere but especially in an historic district. His painting skills are excellent too, and he has also insulated an entire unfinished attic for me and did an excellent job. And, he is tidy while working and cleans up after himself. I will continue to hire him.

A friend referred Nola Miller. He repaired the water stained areas on my garage ceiling. The damage came from storm Helene. He also winterized my front door just in time before the snow fall on January 6. I'm happy with his work. He is easy to work with and kept his word. This next comment has nothing to do with his work but his character. He brought my trash can in after it was emptied. It was unexpected, appreciated, and nice.
