Service is great, have used New Image for new roofing ans several repairs now. Matt, Peggy and the team are always great to work with. I met Stash this last time and he was awesome taking the time to explain adn not only make the repair, but also perform some routine maintenance i was not aware of. Highly recommend if you have any roofing, siding, or exterior trim work repairs or freshen up needed.

Matt and his crew have done several jobs for us including replacing a roof and shutters. They are easy to work with, have great customer service and get everything done in a timely fashion, they even went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and all trash was cleaned and taken away like they weren’t even here. Very communicative about the process and very prompt. Worked efficiently. Materials were delivered one day (on time) and they started promptly the next day. Project took longer than expected but they were professional about the extension. They cleaned up after each session. Billing and paying process was very user friendly. Standard Lifetime Roofing tier was the service completed that we opted for. Outstanding value for the job! Highly recommend this company.

Matt and Stosh were professional and knowledgeable. They were respectful and careful moving about in my home. They told me exactly what the problem was in a matter of minutes and proceeded to do every adjustment and repair necessary.
