New Image replaced our roof and gutters. Bundling both services made it very convenient for us and minimized the project duration. We have a hip roof system and a complex gutter system. New Image walked us through the whole process so we knew what to expect throughout...from staging materials on the roof to final cleanup. So, it wasn't a surprise to come home and see a crane lifting bundles of shingles onto the roof before tear-off of the old roof had even started. Their crews were courteous and professional, and ensured a clean site upon their departure. Great looking roof and gutters combined with extremely competitive pricing made this a outstanding experience! Highly recommended!

We are truly impressed and very satisfied with New Image Elite and Charlie is The Man. We researched and got several estimates from different companies, New Image Elite gave us a great price. The work was done as scheduled, on time, with true professionalism right down to the cleanup afterwards. We are still marveling over our new roof.
