On May 2, 2016, we experienced a hail storm in Indian Head, MD that I have never seen in the 20 plus years I have lived in this area. The hail was the size of baseballs and lasted a good 15 minutes. When it was over and we started walking around the house and cars we realized we were going to need a professional to take care of the roof, siding and drain spout damage. A neighbor had recommended New Image Elite, and that is what made us contact them versus all the other fliers we received from the salesman flooding our area after the storm. In particular, my neighbor recommended I work with Charlie Taylor from New Image. He said that Charlie was great to work with. When I met Charlie for the first time I was very impressed with the fact that he was from the Southern Maryland area and a long time resident working in the roofing industry for many years. I liked the idea that he and New Image would be around for many years unlike some of the "storm chaser" companies from out of state that were knocking on our door. True to form, the whole experience from meeting with our Insurance adjuster to completing the work, Charlie guided us through the process. Even when after the original storm we had a thunder windstorm that came through and a large tree branch fell on our shed roof that had just been replaced. I called Charlie, and the next week he had someone out to repair the roof once again. I would highly recommend New Image Elite as a wonderful business to work with. The ladies I spoke to in the office were always helpful and quickly passed on my messages and I was always called back quickly.

The workers showed up here around 6:40 am and worked all day one lunch break, and completed the job around 1:30 pm ! my only problem is i don't feel everything i was do on the roof was given us so i will talk that over with Charlie Taylor when he come out. other than this one problem, we feel the new roof looks great !

My roof was, subsequently, installed on schedule. I am totally satisfied with the reliability and efficiency of New Image Elite and love my beautiful roof. The response was excellent. Charlie responded with a site visit and estimate within two days. All aspects of the effort were documented in detail. Quoted price was competitive with other firms. The work was scheduled faster than expected. Work proceeded on the agreed date and time; no delay. Communication with Charlie was very positive and the new roof looks great . I am very pleased with the results.

After receiving multiple quotes , new image elite provided me with a quote that was better than any of the ones that I had been offered. The experience was straight forward no hassle or hidden costs. The materials were top of the line GAF certified. And they offer a transferable 50 year warranty and a 10 year labor warranty. That sealed the deal for me! One of the companies that came by offered the same for twice the cost!! I felt I would not be able to afford the project at the time , but I used home advisor and found a good honest company to do business with. Thanks Charlie.

New Image replaced our roof, gutters and every window in the house. Charlie was great to work with. New Image Delivered everything promised . Workers showed up on time and all work was completed to the highest standards. Would highly recommend.
