Matt and his crew did a fabulous job. Finished in less than a day and cleaned up all the debris. There was an open line of communication throughout the entire process. Truly a professional in a world of shady contractors.

We had a leak in our garage and noticed what a good job that the company performed on our neighbors roof and they were very satisfied with their project. Charlie went through the process and explained in detail what would be involved with replacing our roof and downspouts as well as the repair of the garage ceiling. We were kept informed from the beginning to the end and are very satisfied with the work performed.

I loved their customer service. Matt walked me through the process, kept me informed and ensured I understood everything before moving forward.

This year we began looking for contractors after two severe hail and high wind storms. Contractors just looking for jobs stopped by but first we wanted to check out a few companies on our own. Home Advisor helped a lot with this. We were most impressed with New Image Elite because of their being a local company, their approach to the work and their knowledge of all aspects of repairing our home. Every person we had contact with was extremely professional, their quote to us never changed and their crews were amazing. We had window frames replaced, new screening, new roofing and siding and other jobs done. Our damage was extensive. We have recommended NI to all who asked and all hired them as well, especially our neighbors. Charley Taylor and/or Matt Wagner (the owner) were always checking on the work progress and also on the jobs being done correctly. They always spoke with us telling us what to expect. The materials were ordered and delivered before the job even started so the crews could start as soon as they arrived. I want to mention that the crews worked for however long daylight lasted with only a lunch break or a drink of water! They did not waste any time at all. We will always hire this company for work on our home. There should be more than five stars for this company!!!

Worthy of 10 Stars! We had shingle damage from a storm and got HomeAdvisor visits from 4 local firms. I filed a claim with my homeowner's insurance but was denied, and denied again on appeal. When I mentioned this to the New Image representative he asked if he could intervene with the insurance company, and subsequently through multiple contacts got 2/3 of the cost covered! Their cost was very reasonable, they were most responsive in accommodating our scheduling conflicts, and the work was absolutely perfect. The crew was especially careful to protect valuable landscape plantings during the tear-off phase, and staged the various roof portions to avoid rain storms. We are 100% satisfied and highly recommend New Image Elite!

In November of 2016, a windstorm damaged my roof. I invited estimates via HomeAdvisor and selected three roofing businesses for estimates at my Lusby, Maryland home. New Image Elite of La Plata MD and two other contractors provided excellent presentations. After considering the pros of each outfit, we decided on New Image Elite in January 2017 because of New Image’s pro-active approach to the insurance aspect of the job. After I had made the insurance claim, New Image handled the insurance estimation and communication with my insurance company skillfully. At no time did I have to dispute anything with either New Image or my insurance company. New Image delivered the materials when they said they would, and the job finished as promised, the roof replacement went like clockwork. My overall experience was top notch with New Image. If you need your roof replaced, get your estimates but be sure to include New Image as one of them. You just might decide as I did that New Image is the best choice for you.

Charley Taylor and New Image made the whole process easy and actually a pleasure. There was no "Hard Sell" and Charley's manner, candor and honesty were refreshing. They did what they said they'd do for the price they quoted. Great company of great people. I would wholeheartedly recommend New Image.
