He showed up when he said he would, took his time and was very thorough. I don't have the report yet but should get it in a few days.

My appraiser was really thorough and very professional. I didn't have to wait. I called on a Friday and the appraiser came out on Monday. The only thing I had a wait for was the final report, and he told me beforehand. I would highly recommend this appraisal company.

I think the appraisal is too high

Erik was extremely thorough and professional. He tok lots of pictures and made notes. His report was detailed including both positive and negative aspects of the property. Comps were difficult to find but he reviewed and quantified discrepancies. The inspection was on a Friday and I had the report the following Tuesday! I was impressed and pleased with his presentation.

Being an out of town home owner, he communicated very clearly on the steps and timing of the appraisal. I would highly recommend his services.

My home needs a lot of work. No one in their right mind would pay the appraisal price and do all the work. I think a house should be based on the condition of the house and not what some district says what it is.
