On time - performed the job to my expectations in full. Courteous - respectful - cleaned up after job was completed to my satisfaction. Very fine people. Five Stars all the way except for value for the money. For competency - I rate them a 12 on a 10 scale. Maybe I'm out of touch with today's rates - but $165 for 30 minutes was a bit on the high side. I would certainly hire them again but would negotiate on their hourly rates. If you want it done right - I'm going to call on them again.

Excellent customer service and quality job. Joe was quick to respond to my HomeAdvisor request, scheduled quickly, came on time and was so courteous, polite and helpful. I will definitely be hiring him again for all my future electrical needs.

I was very satisfied with their customer service and their willingness to look at other items in the house that needed attention. They even adjusted one of my lite out let's in the kitchen that had not been working for years because we thought it was defective. My wife will be very happy to know that it is now operational.Great experience with these guys. I would highly recommend Neighbordood Electrical.

Fantastic experience. Joe and his crew were very professional and I was very impressed by how quickly they worked through the number of tasks I had planned out (even with a number of quirks unique to the house/setup). Highly recommended and I will use them again any time I need some electrical work.
