Professional in performance, competence and in results! Joe and his associates worked well as a "team"! They were deliberate, making decisions, which demonstrated mutual awareness and respect. The defective transformer was removed, replaced, and tested very rapidly. Without fear of contradiction, this a "team", of professionals! Their "card", is in my permanent file!

Joe Kukurda, the owner of Neighborhood Electrical, handled the testing of the old living room fan and installation of the new one. I was impressed by Joe. He is professional and very nice. During our initial call, he asked me to send him a picture of the old fan and the remote. I don't recall everything technical he said about the likely problems that caused it to stop working. In the event it could not be fixed, Joe told me the minimum size and suggested brands for a new fan. That information made it so much easier to shop. When Joe arrived he tested the old fan first and confirmed it was shot. He then installed the new fan and spent time patiently explaining how the new remote worked. Joe's charge for installation was very reasonable and he accepts credit cards. I strongly recommend hiring Neighborhood Electrical. You will not be disappointed. I just called him to install two new fans and have other electrical projects for him in the future.
