Joe was very prompt, knowlegeble and proactive. I like the way he does business. Instead of calling me to gain my business, he sent me an email and a text to introduce himself. I responded to his text. With pictures I sent via text, Joe was able to diagnose the problem of the delay in my lights turning on in my bathrooms. He looked up the lights I needed to purchase and he sent a snapshot of it. All this before I hired him! He has become my favorite for future electrical jobs.
