This company has great customer service. The repair was done the day I requested and required traveling to pick up parts. I will call Neighbor Door and use any time I need service on a garage door. I have referred to family and friends already.

Would highly recommend Keith for any of your garage door needs. He was honest, explained why the repair was needed and took care of additional items that needed attention. I was told by others that the opener needed replaced, Keith looked at the unit and explained it was a minor repair and saved me some money. Will definitely use him again and recommend him to any friends/family.

Keith was very friendly and very clear about the cost of the project. He was able to come out to my house and complete the job promptly, and he charged me exactly what he said he would. There were no hidden add-on fees or other mysterious charges. He did exactly what he said he would, and he did it promptly with great workmanship. Highly recommended - all contractors should be this way.

They did a great job! Communicated well, came the next day for an estimate and showed me how to connect my door to my phone, which I didn't know was even possible! Was patient when the insurance took a while to sort. Was able to get me ordered and installed within 2 weeks once it was! Gave the best estimate. Arrived on time to install the door, and fixed a lightbulb I couldn't reach while they were at it. I was really pleased. Would definitely recommend.
