"Rick was quick to respond to the call and completed the job in no time. He replaced the springs and brackets and thoroughly explained what he did. He also let us know what was cause might be with an issue we were having with the opener. He made adjustments and tried to repair it so we wouldn't have to purchase a new one. "Called Keith on Saturday and if it wasn't for us going out of town he would have been there that day. Instead, he came Sunday morning, repla,the broken and soon to be broken springs. Explained what and why of the repair and helped me reset the key pad (which hadn't worked in over a year). I'd give 6 stars if available. Great work, fair price, Keith has customer for life."
