Luis was very professional, knowledgeable about his service, and took pride in his work. He first walked through and pointed out each problem area, why it happened, and how to correct it.

Luis was great! I needed to drill a hole in a delicate soapstone counter to accommodate a new faucet. He was able to fit me in quickly and had the work done perfectly in no time.

Luis showed up and got started right away. He did and excellent job fixing a couple of large granite chips. If I didn’t know where the chips were I wouldn’t be able to spot them.

Luis botched my install and has now blocked my phone number. He has been paid because we didnt notice the ONE INCH difference in edge overhang until the day after install. When I asked him to see the template (the same template he insists I approved ) he refused to show me, claiming it was his private tool and I wouldnâ t understand. The left side of my L shaped kitchen has 27.25 inch counters with a 2.5 inch over hang. The right side has 26 - 25.5 inch countertops with a 1.5 - 1 inch overhang. It was not immediately noticeable until I went to open a drawer. There is a full 1 inch difference in counter overhang when opening a drawer on the left side versus the right side. He talked in circles when confronted, blamed everything under the sun and refused to take any responsibility or make it right.

What kind of installer intentionally cuts and installs lopsided counters? For what reason? And what kind of customer would approve that for their home? He knows he made several mistakes and doesnâ t want to cover the cost of repair/replacement.

It was a small project ,, just needed about 1/8 inch trimmed from granite countertop to install a new cooktop. Luis was very fliexible and allowed me to cover everything with plastic sheeting because of the dust I knew was going to be produced. After he arrived and explained that a lot of dust would be produced I decided to cover everything. He kindly agreed to give me time to do that and returned later on the same day to do the job . He really cares about his clients. did a great job
