I was giving a fair quote after giving them my details about the work required. I was a bit nervous that maybe I'd end up with extra charges afterwards or hidden fees but no. Nationwide Asbestos was upfront and honest and kept to their word. To me that's worth all the gold in the world these days. The workers were very professional, very respectful of my house and they were more punctual than I was! This experience really was a dream come true. As for the work I wanted them to remove the flooring in my bathroom and kitchen that had asbestos backing. They were done within an hour and the subfloor looks great. I was so worried I'd end up with mounds of mastic left on the floor encapsulated but it's almost as if the flooring was never there. I really can't recommend these guys enough. This entire experience was so fantastic that I tried to hire more contractors for other jobs at my house but that has turned out to be a nightmare. I was absolutely spoiled rotten by Nationwide Asbestos.

They were very efficent at their work. I do notice some clean up of a black substance I will have to remove from some of my other floors. Also, they kind of left me stranded without the use of my fridge and stove plus block my cellar door where my car keys hang. They should have let me know that they wouldn't be able to return these items to the correct position. When I asked them when they were disconnecting them if they were going to hook them back up, they said yes.

I was originally told that there would be two workers that were going to come out and work on this project. That day only one worker came out and the work that was done was terrible. He sealed the room off and started to remove the carpet and tile. He came out in the midst of working on the project and told me it was going to end up being a pretty easy project. Several hours later he came back out of the sealed room and told me I could go and look at the room. When I peered into the room it was atrocious. There were still tack strips with exposed sharp ends. There were tar paper sheets sticking up off of the hardwoods underneath the carpet and tile. The hardwoods themselves were absolutely ruined and gouged. I wanted them to be refinished but now they are absolutely ruined. Customer solutions have not been helpful for me and now I am at a standstill. I do not recommend.

Nationwide Asbestos was very knowledgeable and explained the entire process of asbestos removal to us. They were able to come out within a few days of our initial inquiry and they completed the removal in only a few hours. They had fair pricing and great customer service. Would highly recommend!
