Sam responded quickly to my request for an estimate. He arrived right on time and described in detail what our front steps replacement project would entail: taking apart the existing steps and replacing them with blue stone slabs. I had to postpone the repair for several weeks and he said no problem. On the scheduled day he and two other workers arrived on time. They were friendly and went right to work. They completed the project and cleaned up any trace of their work. Sam provided me with a detailed project document for my records. The price was fair (I had obtained three estimates). I gave each of them $20 for "lunch on me." They were very appreciative. Overall. the experience was awesome. I highly recommend Sam and National Construction 1. It's so refreshing to witness contractors doing their best to perform quality work, provide excellent customer service and take pride in their work. Way to go Sam!
