The estimator was clear as to what would get done, and a corresponding price. That's why I gladly hired them. The actual work done was lesser than estimated (e.g., replacing the wet plywood.) The roof repaired said, "it is not required." There is no way to know whether or not it was required without my going up there (which isn't possible.) He gave me a 7-year warranty. Overall, I felt that I was overcharged.

Sam was very responsive, calling me right back when I requested a quote. He was here within a few days to look at the job, then schedule it right away. His workers were very professional, friendly and knew what they were doing. They were in and out quickly and did an excellent job!!

Hired themt o fix broken bricks on bottom of stairs, raise pavers where walkway had dipped, and level out brick patio that had raised due to tree roots and sunken in other areas. We hadn't really used our patio for many years and are now looking to relax outside over the summer! On time, responsive, good job.
