Write a ReviewOverall a very good experience.
Expensive and showed up late but completed the job.
Was in contact with customer to help him out we worked him in to a full day. Customer had bought a bag full of stuff to try to fix it his self. Trying to fix it and he couldn't he called a professional. What people don't understand is the cost of doing business. They have to also pay for our knowledge, no different than me going to the doctor, I pay him for his knowledge. This customer had all but broken the pipe off trying to fix it. When we come in and fix things as fast as we do the customer thinks we get rich, unless you are in business for your self you have no idea the cost that goes into a job and the over head.
They explain everything to you and cost up front. No surprises.
3 hours work, simple project, extremely high price.
We where at this customers home for 6 hr total. He wanted a shut added cause he couldn't access it under his house we suggested we move over to his access door. We added a 4 drain off of his gutter drain. He had an outside kitchen sink faucet that had frozen and busted that we purchased goose neck and installed. We had to install new cut of valves that where bad that was added on cause we didn't know they where bad. He did agree to price, to add at a discount price. When we completed the job we found out the outside side sink did not cut with the new main cut off, so at no charge to customer we rerouted pipe so if it froze again the main sh
Very nice father , son team. Very respectful, courteous and professional.
Person came to do the job after calling 3 time to remind him of the requested job. Job costed 458 dollars which was told when he arrived. I donâ t know what Plummerâ s make per hourly but this was very steep charge for less than 1.5 hours of work.
We where coming behind another plumbing company that had installed a DCVA backwards. We had to dig up yard valve and box. The yard was a mudd hole in red gummy clay. After reinstalling valve, box and raising it back to where the box was level we had 3.5 hr in job plus materials. If I was not a Passionate per person that job would have been double the price. I wonder it the customer asked for a refund from the company that did not know how to job the right the first time.
Professional, friendly, and reasonable fee
Enter the home with a good personality. Did the job fast good and gone. Will recommend to others.
