Mr. Plumber accommodated my schedule, told me what he was going to do and how he would do it, identified potential change in scope before the fact, told me when he would do the work, kept me informed of any schedule changes and did what he said he would do for the quoted price even though he had to replace additional parts. He thoroughly checked all his work and cleaned up after himself and there were no surprises. Mission accomplished!

I hired him to replace water heater which he replaced no problem. I also had him replace two toilets. The home my huxband and I purchase is old so he said there could be problems with the steel pipes which he might have to fix okay. He took off toilet and yes he had to fix the stell pipes something about rust this that new pieces something to extend so toilet can fit. While he was in our crawl space he found out that the subfloor was patched up improperly so he didn't want to put the 2nd toilet he said it needed to be fix husband asked if he knew anyone that did that type of work he said yes he contact him so we can get the floor done and he can put the toilet in. Since that time my husband has been calling and leaving messages for him to fix the last toilet no response nothing. We have gotten a couple of contractors out to fix the subfloor they all said the same thing that its fine the way it is. We paid Mr.Plumber to install a water heater 2 toilets he has not finished installing the last toilet nor returns our phone calls after paying him a good deal of money.

Please add about our conversation you and your husband had on the phone it was he who dropped the ball not me. if patching rotten boards with other boards and just covering them upis ok. well then im sorry. if you remember I asked to have the local building offical to come out and look and yall declined.

Repaired a leak. I had almost an immediate response and they arrived within two hours of contact and made the repair.
