He was late in showing up but it was due to his phone app not working, so he couldn't bring up contact information when it was time for my appointment. As soon as I called him he was able to get my information and showed right up. Work ended up being more expensive than originally thought but that was due to pipes being old and rusted. Also ended up with new garbage disposal for same reason. Bob was very good about letting me know what he found and checking with me before proceeding, letting me know ahead of time approx. what any additional costs would be. I would definitely hire him again.

To expensive for just 1h worth of work. Instead of paying $199 just buy a power-feed drain cleaner and do it yourself. It will pay off in the long run.

The customer was giving a price before work was done. Customer had been using drano which cause stoppage to take longer, no extra charge. There was no trip charge. For being 20 ml out of columbia. There also was no power cause of storm for an hour. Customer was happy said he would call us next time he needed us.

I was very satisfied to have Mr. Plummer fix a number of small and large projects . Bob was friendly,hard working and professional. Working on an older home can be difficult but Bob had it covered. He took care in his work and cleaned up after each project. I sure appreciate Home Advisor in making it easier to find and excellent plumbers and other professionals. It finds them jobs and us happy. I would recommend Mr. Plumber highly.

Very friendly and inexpensive. He came on time and he finished the job in a quick fashion. He did the job quietly I didn't even know he was in the house until he was finished. I would recommend him for anyone, and I am going to use him again when the need arise.

On the appointment date he called and said he had an earlier opening if I preferred, and I agreed, so the job was completed early. A disposal was replaced with a new identical model that I had ordered from Amazon, and the total installation took 30 minutes.

Bob was on site within 30 minutes of my call. Initial estimate seemed high until he explained what all had to happen to get the best warranty coverage. All of the parts he replaced were 20 years old or older. Bob, communicated well and completely. Will definitely recommend Mr Plumber to friends.
