Mr. plumber is by far one of the best service if not the very best service providers I've ever had!! He was honest straightforward and did great quality of work and it was evident he is a master of his field in the plumbing trade. Unlike some plumbers in Columbia who have been rated very high who had no problem smiling while they sold me parts I didn't need an overcharge me exponentially. Mr. plumber was honest and fair and had fully explained the problem his recommendations and all the options so I could make the best consumer choice! I can't speak more highly of him this is the man to go to for your plumbing needs !!!

I had a problem where my shower would not start dripping. I called a "Big Name" company and they charged me a significant amount to temporarily "fix"the issue. I then had another company come out and tell me the problem was something else entirely. The person they sent was probably 19 and didn't even have the tools to remove a stem. Finally, I called Bob with Mr. Plumber to take a look at the issue. I could tell in speaking with Bob on the phone that he was an experienced plumber. Bob quickly found the issue, explained how to fix the issue and then was able to fix the issue for a very reasonable and fair price. If you are looking for someone with EXPERIENCE to work on your plumbing issues, call Bob at Mr. Plumber.

Bob was wonderful to work with. Did a better job than installers did when house was new. Only con was not knowing what brand of water heater I was getting until he arrived. I understand that it was a matter of what was available, certainly happy with the quality of what I ended up with but a little strange to me to pay this much money for something and not know what I'm getting. I guess it's the control freak in me. I would definitely recommend Mr. Plumber and will seek his services in the future if needed.

I had a water leak in the backyard. It was a long tedious job on a cold day. After the problem was discovered, I was advised of the price before he proceeded. He went the extra mile in not only fixing my problem, but making sure the cause would not occur again.

He charge me for 2hrs of labor @ $200 and only was at my house for less than a hour.

I our business world today, we are all on flate rate and give price up front, this job was no differnt. He fail to tell you it was after hours with no extra charge and 38.00 in parts.This customer had been trying to fix this problem him self and couldnt. Before I repaired the heater I told the customer the heater had been leaking. He was not interested in replacing. The heater was working fine when I left the clients house. I told him he may need to contact a licenced electricain to see if wiring was damaged from heater shorting out and melting element till it blew it out and flooded carport. Was not 200.00 per hr flate fee of 199.00 .
