Work went very well. The crew assigned the project was professional, very skilled in their craft resulting in high quality work. I also want to compliment the very responsive customer service provided by the Moore Designs’ owner. My wife and I were very impressed not only with our initial meeting, but with the responsiveness throughout the project.

I would recommend Moore Designs to anyone. Jon was very responsive, fair with his pricing and helpful with all my additional requests. He broke down each step of the process and explained the costs. I have high expectations which makes me a challenging customer. When questions arose, Jon and his team exceeded my expectations. The neighbors came over during the project, which made me nervous, but they explained that they wanted to tell us how friendly the deck builders are. Everyone who sees the deck is impressed and asks who built it. Give Moore Designs a chance, they will not let you down.

Great job. Really impressed. They built a new deck for our townhome. The crew was very skilled. I had a custom design and Jon worked hard to get it thru permitting. he worked closely with the inspectors as the job progressed and kept me in the loop. I would use them for other projects if we had any!

Moore Designs added a beautiful deck and patio with stone fireplace to our home. From the initial consultation to the design to the construction and finishing process - the Moore team was excellent. Moore Designs did a wonderful job on my deck. They were professional, here everyday and answered all my questions. The consultation was informative and he understood exactly what we wanted and drew it up. The team that put the deck and stair up worked fast and diligent. They finished in 1 week in the cold of winter no less. I will definitely recommend this team and use them again. Great job!

The most satisfying construction contractor experience I have ever had. The customer service was outstanding. I was kept informed through every step of each project. The quality of the materials was excellent, and the construction methods were craftsman like. No corners were cut in either project.

True professionals from the first meeting to the end of the deck replacement. They were always on time, great communicators, and helpful in providing guidance based on their experience. We (and our neighbors) were so impressed on how quickly and efficiently our deck was demolished and replaced. The quality of their work is the best.
