Michael's Tree Service is a personable company with accurate cost estimates and workflow strategies. However, it is a relatively small business with a busy schedule, so the timeline for service may not always be convenient.

We called several tree companies but they would not get back with us. After using Home Advisor, Michael's Tree Service was a top company recommended in our area. We called Michael's Tree Service, they got back with us and set up an appointment to provide a free estimate. Robby came out, heard the scope of work, explained how the company would perform the work and provided the estimate for the work. This morning Michael's Tree Service came to our home and completed the work as promised on time and they did an excellent job! After the project was done Michael, the owner, personally walked me around our home to view all the work that was completed. He even had the crew take away some stray limbs as a courtesy (no charge) that we had in our front yard. I will definitely have this company return to do future work and would highly recommend them.

They are customer service friendly. They respond and are on mark with service, support and determination to get it done. They do a great job in listening and then put it in place and ask for your input prior to being paid. I will definitely call and use them again.
